Shiratama Dango

Dango is a dumpling, which is mostly made from non-glutinous rice flour and is decent chewy texture compared to shiratama. This prodcut is about 25 mm diameter and 10 grams per each portion. Just thaw at room temperature and use. Mitarashi sauce is friendly and best matching.
