Gyuhi (White)

Gyuhi is a kind of sweet rice cake product, which is sweeter and softer than almost all the other rice cake sweets, made from glutinous rice flour and much sugar . The biggest feature is its smooth texture and softness. It is traditionally often used as a topping with Anmitsu. This type is small bite-sized candy type with three different color combination of lively pink and green, singly white, and natually paled pink and green.
